SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. SHIPPING
The shipping address must be complete, valid, and located within the United States. If your address includes an apartment, suite, or unit number and/or specific delivery instructions, please include this information in the appropriate field at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total value of your merchandise, excluding taxes and special offers.
- Orders between $0.00 and $100.00: $12.95 USD delivery fee
- Orders of $100.00 and more: Free delivery
Important Notice – Customs Duties
Effective September 2, due to a change in U.S. import policies, customs duties will be applicable at checkout until further notice.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within an estimated timeframe of 2 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and excluding Canadian holidays. Delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
We use USPS, and/or other reputable carriers for U.S. deliveries.

2. RETURNS
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and health reasons, returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- An error on our part (incorrect product shipped)
- Product damaged upon receipt
Eligible Return Conditions
Any return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in perfect condition
Proof of damage or error (photos) may be required before approval.
Return Authorization Required
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any unauthorized return may be refused.
3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- If the return is due to our error or a product damaged upon receipt, return shipping fees will be covered by academiebeaute-usa.com.
- In any other exceptional case where a return is approved, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Products returned damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees and Duties
Shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a product damaged upon receipt.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow a few business days for refund processing once the return is approved.
