Delivery

Shipping addresses must be valid US addresses. In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding Canadian holidays and weekends.

HOW WE DETERMINE SHIPPING FEES

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the value of your merchandise, excluding taxes and special offers.

• Orders between $0 - $100.00 = 7.95$ delivery fee
• Orders of $100.00 and more  = Free delivery

RETURN POLICY

Because of hygienic and sanitary concerns we cannot accept returns unless there is an error on our part or a defective product. If this is the case you are welcome to return the goods within 10 days of receipt with the approbation of one of our staff members. The product has to be in the original package and in unblemished condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if we have determined that the product is defective. A restocking fee of 20% will apply if you will return the merchandise without a return number. On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. Your credit card will be credited shortly after we received and verified the returned merchandise.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or Purolator and followed with USPS or UPS.
