How long can I keep my product once opened?
On the packaging of each product, you'll find an icon in the shape of an open jar. This is the shelf life after opening, given that the product is kept in a cool, dry place: ‘'9M’' corresponds to 9 months, ‘'12M’' to 12 months, and so on.
How long will it take to see results?
Moisturizing/Radiance products: 1 to 7 days, Anti-aging products: 4 to 8 weeks with constant use, Oily skin products: 2 to 4 weeks. Note that these are general answers, each skin is different according to its age and condition.
